Skill:    Puck Handling and timing while high speed skating, eyes up, skating line decisions.

Purpose:    Develop high speed movement with the puck. Develop quick decisions for skating line choices to avoid traffic. Develop shooting on the fly strength and accuracy.

Directions:    Half of the group in each of the quiet zone corners. At the direction of the leader the first skater in each line skate up and around the board side of their circle into the slot (avoiding traffic but fighting for their skating line).  They continue through the slot under and around their opposing circle and skate up and over the blue line. They continue to skate to the high slot and take a hard shot on net.

Variations:   Have the next set of skaters begin to create traffic for the shooters to miss.
